20Khz PZT8 Ultrasonic Welding Oscillator Transducer for Ultrasonic Welding
Using ultrasonic welding equipment is extremely safe, and vastly superior to other forms of bonding technology in this area. Because the ultrasonic waves are focused on the welded product only, there is little chance of anything dangerous happening. The amount of heat created is minimal and localised, and it is quickly dissipated. All of our machines have a guard fitted as standard for additional 3rd party safety.

Description:
Ultrasonic transducer is a component that utilize the piezoelectricity for actualize electroacoustic conversion. jydsonic ultrasonic cleaning transducer are used where powerful ultrasonic wave must be generated, such as in cleaning equipment and easy to instal. These transducers are mounted into a structure that can be bolted almost anywhere.
The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.
